John Kucera (1984)
- Canadian Alpine Ski Team Member, 2002-present.
- 2009 FIS World Downhill Champion, Val d’Isere, FRA.
- 2006 FIS World Cup Super-g Champion, Lake Louise, CAN.
- 2008 FIS World Cup Super-g 2nd place, Lake Louise, CAN.
- 2008 FIS World Cup Super-g 3rd place, Val Gardena, ITA.
A shining example of where hard work can take you. John has never backed down from a challenge and was awarded for his hard work in 2009 as he became Canada’s first male to win the world downhill championship.
Brady Leman (1986)
- Alberta and Canadian Alpine Ski Team Member, 2004-2008.
- National Ski Cross Team Member, 2009-present.
- 2010 Olympian, Ski Cross.
- Valedictorian, 2004 National Sport School.
Brady has been a lifelong member of Calgary Alpine. We are very proud of his accomplishments in both Alpine and Ski Cross events.

Stephanie Roorda (1986)
- Calgary Alpine Athlete, 1996-2002.
- Canadian Cycling Team, current member.
- UCI Track Cycling World Cup Winner, Team Pursuit.
- 2-time Canadian Track Cycling Champion.
Stephanie found a love for cycling during dryland training with Calgary Alpine in 2002. She has not looked back representing Canada at many international cycling events around the globe. We wish Stephanie the best in her quest to represent Canada at the 2010 Olympic Games.
