FAST by Calgary Alpine is a club devoted to the promotion of skill, athletics and developing a lifelong love of the sport for our young aspiring ski racers. FAST programs are available for athletes ages 11 to 16 and include racing programs along with all mountain skills programs. The FAST Alpine Program operates at Nakiska Ski Resort and challenges FAST athletes daily in a FUN and competitive environment while working to reach their athletic potential. The program is strongly aligned with the Canadian Sport for Life and Alpine Canada’s AIM2 model of long term athlete development (LTAD); therefore, consisting of a high volume of varied repetition, on diverse terrain, which helps solidify technical skiing skills. Within FAST there are two different programs available for your skiers’ needs.
